Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I post my daily life: the good, the bad and everything in between. I arrived in America with my parents and brother in 1990 when I was just one and a half years old. young. I'm not now sharing my story to you, if not because my parents are devoted to determination and dedication. Knowing I had an opportunity to have a brighter future, I strived to be their proudest and had tunnel vision in the direction of the success. My life was set out as follows: I'd study at university, land a job in a corporation, marry and buy the house. My life that I planned for me did not turn into. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my work didn't make me feel happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn a paycheck. As I began to move to a new path in life I began to discover the importance of personal training and that's what I wanted to do. I have a love for fitness, and I love being in the company of people and am eager to help them. This year I'll be celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I started my own company. It is rare to find an Asian female in the business. My goal is to become a catalyst within the business to offer quality coaching to empower individuals to be healthier and happier individual by developing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their personal needs and goals. In addition, I wish for others to be empowered to follow their dreams and accomplish whatever they want in their life. As my professional career took flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. This loss is the worst of everything. In Heaven she now rests following an eight-year fight against Scleroderma. Yet, I keep the memory of her every day. The lessons we learn from life are often hidden from us yet they can prove highly beneficial. The loss of my mother affected me greatly and I believe she gave me a second chance in life. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also I was given a second chance to live a happy, fulfilled and fulfilling life. When I reach my 30's, I feel more alive than ever. I am able to say that I am living my life now, instead of merely living like I was in the past. As I share the story of my journey, it's in the hope that others will be able to understand my feelings and thoughts. In order to feel that they're not the only ones. Also, that there exists true love. Therapy is necessary and not unusual. In the end, your wellness is your greatest wealth. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and that you die without regrets as death is the sole possibility that awaits all of us during our lives.
